How does NextTilt work with TeamSnap?

1. Create or open your private NextTilt team.
2. Choose Connect TeamSnap and authorize read-only access using your own account.
3. Select the source team. If you belong to multiple teams, search for the correct name or season and confirm your selection.
4. Import the roster and schedule, then choose the game and refresh attendance.
5. Review and apply the attendance changes before arranging your lines.

Each coach connects their own account. Your connection does not use another coach’s TeamSnap credentials.

Does TeamSnap attendance sync automatically?

For a connected upcoming game, attendance can be checked when you open or return to the board, at most once every five minutes on that device. Tap Refresh TeamSnap to check sooner and review any changes that need your attention. This is not a continuous live feed. Local Here and Out choices remain until you choose to use the TeamSnap status.

Does it work on every TeamSnap plan?

Connection availability depends on your TeamSnap account and access. Compatibility with every Free-plan account has not been verified. You can always create players and games manually; file import is available when your account provides a compatible export.

Can I send the lineup to TeamSnap?

Download the lineup PNG or copy its text, then post it yourself to your TeamSnap chat. The connection is read-only. NextTilt does not automatically send chat messages or change parents’ attendance responses.

Why use both apps?

Use TeamSnap for the family-facing schedule, attendance and communication you already rely on. Use NextTilt for the coaching task of arranging the players who are coming, handling last-minute changes and sharing clear lines.
